I look forward to return to this amazing place in India! The wellness yoga/mediation activities on offer were perfect. I have been practising yogi and meditating for many years so Swa Swara seemed like good fit. The peaceful atmosphere, wonderful staff, amazing yogi program, meditations classes, Ayurveda massages, and last but not least the food were a delight.

The villas are spacious and minimal rustic design(they could do with a few more decorative elements), mixing more traditional elements of Konkan architecture with a touch of modern comfort. In between the activities above I spent my time swimming in the Arabian Sea on the famous OM Beach.

This was for everybody’s food scraps and meat bones.

Health and Fitness Travel was great at answering all my questions before booking, which made things much less stressful and enabled me to relax completely! After four hectic weeks of touring all of India's most famous sites, for my fourth time, I was ready for something different.
